Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has confirmed that a large number of troops have been sent from China to the Line of Actual Control while India is hoping to resolve the dispute through diplomatic and military level dialogue.

लद्दाख में चीन के साथ बढ़े तनाव के बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप से फोन पर बातचीत की। दोनों नेताओं के बीच कोविड-19 की स्थिति, भारत और चीन सीमा के हालात और विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन में सुधार पर भी बात हुई।

अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के G-7 शिखर सम्मेलन के लिए भारत, रूस, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और दक्षिण कोरिया को आमंत्रित करने से चीन के लिए परेशानी खड़ी हो गई है। चीन ने इसके जवाब में कहा है कि उसके खिलाफ किसी भी गुटबंदी का प्रयास नाकाम साबित होगा।

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने इस बात की पुष्टि की है कि चीन से बड़ी संख्या में सैनिकों को वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर भेजा है जबकि भारत कूटनीतिक और सैन्य स्तर की बाचतीच के माध्यम से विवाद हल करने की उम्मीद कर रहा है।

ईस्टर्न लद्दाख में वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर एक महीने से चल रहा तनाव खत्म करने के लिए आज भी भारत-चीन के बीच हाईएस्ट कमांडर लेवल की मीटिंग हुई। हालांकि इसमें कुछ सहमति नहीं बन पाई।

तिब्बत से एक ऐसी आवाज उठी है, जो चीन को टेंशन में डाल देगी। सेंट्रल तिब्बत प्रशासन के प्रेसिडेंट ने कहा है कि तिब्बत क्षेत्र को डीमिलिटराइज किया जाना चाहिए, जिससे दोनों तरफ भारत और चीन शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से अपनी-अपनी सीमा पर रहें।

चीन की लद्दाख में ताजा गतिविधियों और नेपाल के नए नक्शे पर बदले तेवर के बाद भारत ने भी अपने बॉर्डर पर चौकसी बढ़ा दी है। भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर बिहार के पश्चिमी चंपारण के बाल्मीकिनगर में एसएसबी ने चौकसी बढ़ा दी गई है।
